It’s time to wake up and remember the Divine force within. It’s time to remember how beautiful, creative and glorious we are! (All our gifts exist within). It’s time to reinforce kindness, compassion, beauty, love for ourselves and for others. It’s time to stop giving our power away to the external world and remember the importance of our inner world, our heart, our Soul. It’s time to stop giving our energy away to the constantly negative news cycle. It’s not hiding one’s head in the sand but rather a decision to focus more on the power of our thoughts, words, emotions, actions and create the world we want to live in. Reality will come to test us and we can act in our habitual sleepy state or we can be among the free critical thinkers who break the patterns of mass formation hypnosis (Gustav Le Bon). How to start and where to start? Let’s start where we are right here and now. Let’s stop giving so much credit to the negative narratives our mind creates and connect more to the heart and our physical body. Let’s notice where we accumulate tension, stress, worries etc. It’s time to inhale the power of the Divine and exhale the embodied stress. It’s time to heal ourselves with loving, grateful and kind thoughts. It’s time to heal the world with loving, light, kind words. It’s time to stretch out and shake out all negative programs downloaded in our system. It’s time to reactivate our energy field through silence and meditation so that the Divine to speak to us. Love to all beings and all creation in this world and beyond.
