Yoga and Love

Practicing yoga for me means offering love and gratitude to ourselves and to the Divine. It’s an everyday celebration of life! It’s up there on the list of most important things to remember today! Offering Gratitude with our inner Light is the practice of yoga. The more we work on ourselves the more love and peace we spread around us. Everything and everybody is connected. If you have doubts then google the Butterfly Effect. It is the theory that a butterfly flapping its wings in one part of the world has consequences for the rest of the world. Patanjali said that yoga is cessation of the mind. Russian play-writer Griboyedov wrote “Woe from wit”; everyone from different centuries and countries just reminds us over and over again the significance of mastering the mind and using it wisely. The practice of yoga helps us deepen our consciousness and mindfully tune in to daily life, allowing a restructuring of neurological patterns. Inner peace goes hand in hand with unconditional love towards everything and everyone. It’s the core reason to practice and share yoga. Create magic, see magic, be magic!
