Living Bhagavad Gita

Last week I was gifted a new adventure. After 14 years of teaching in the same place, I now have to find a new Yoga studio for us. I suppose I don’t do change very well because in the moment of receiving this news, it felt like the world stopped for a little bit, just until I began talking myself into constructive mode by following several steps:

Step one –

Find gratitude for the beautiful space I was fortunate enough to teach in for 14 years, for all the amazing memories, for all the love and support. Thank you.

Step two –

Let restlessness be replaced by stillness as I accept things as they are. Thank you.

Step 3 –

Be reassured that change brings opportunities. One of the Bhagavad Gita teachings reminds us that the only permanent thing is change, so this should be welcomed as a new step forward. It’s all for the best. So now I have the opportunity to actually live this aspect of the Bhagavad Gita. Thank you..

Step 4 –

Do my Dharma in the best possible way, In the light of the Bhagavad Gita, I feel like my wings are opening wide and I’m breathing with a fully open chest as I explore new possibilities, meeting some wonderful people with lovely studios.. I feel joy and excitement running through my veins. I am grateful.

Step 5 –

Trust in the Unconditional Love of God, my spiritual teachers and the wonders of synchronicity. The amount of Love and support I received last week is overwhelming. Some people are even offering a space in their home on a temporary basis. Thank you.

We are now actually very close to manifesting a lovely sacred yoga space and I believe it should work out well for all us.
