Ooo, it’s that Magical time of the year again.

Ooo, it’s that Magical time of the year again with lights, Christmas trees, Carols, log fires, chestnuts, the smell of tangerines, hot chocolate, heartfelt hugs, smiles of wonder from ear to ear and generally that feeling of connection with bright shining souls all around us. It’s the time when the Spirit of light shines brighter than usual, completely overcoming any sense of darkness. Let’s continue our tradition to come together and create a circle of Love and Light on the 30th of December at 18.00. Together we will create a transformational practice, saying goodbye to 2024 and welcoming in 2025. We will be writing a lot, so please bring some paper/notebook or your digital diary. We will chant enthusiastically, meditate and practice Pranayama. We will find appropriate messages from the Universe and share snacks with lemon ginger tea. You are welcome to bring a favourite snack If you feel like. The event is one class of your student pass. Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible.

Next week there is no class on Christmas day – Wednesday.

On the 30th of December there is a special class in Es Capdella, to welcome in 2025. Everyone is very welcome.

There is no class on the 1st of January in case we are needing some time to put ourselves back together after celebrating the New Year!

On the 6th of January there will be a 18.30 class as usual.
