Love Openess Devotion.

Love, openess, devotion and surrender are all part of Bhakti yoga – the path of the heart. There is also Jnana yoga – the path of knowledge. The heart formula is applicable for everything in our life. When we open our heart with love, devotion and surrender towards ourselves, all beings, life, Divine Source, we are limitless and charged with cosmic energies. Everything we do we do with our loving heart. Fear, criticism, judgement, worries, doubts disappear as they don’t resonate with the higher frequencies of love. Love is the answer to anything or anyone. If we discover ourselves lost in struggle or despair we can start by focussing on gratitude. A challenging situation which initially makes us struggle can be the beginning of success when approached from a different perspective. For example, sometimes a high jumper needs to take one step back to clear the bar. If we are first of all able to feel grateful, then we can surrender to life as it is in all its diversity and colours without ego and judgement. Then we are able to open the heart and offer love no matter what. This is true liberation. Practicing love no matter what doesn’t mean practicing being a doormat. True love starts with ourselves and it’s not only about the external – buying stuff or treating ourselves with something. We all have our own versions of external and mostly temporary satisfaction. True Love starts with knowing ourselves, spending quality time without distractions on our own, practicing yoga or other spiritual disciplines. True love is profound and everlasting. May we all be in a permanent state of Love, Gratitude and Deep Peace.
