Its all about people. Connection and Dedication.

A few days ago the @mbjjyogafest finished and I am still overwhelmed with joy, gratitude and a sense of connection towards the incredible people who participated. I am honoured to be part of this dedicated and inspiring tribe. Nothing can stop these warriors! During my first yoga class outside it was 12 degrees with ever-increasing rain, yet this inconvenience did not disturb the focus of the group as the collective consciousness expanded with every asana. Then the rain really came down and the wind suddenly blew harder and the temperature dropped to winter levels, but these warriors apparently had Viking blood and nobody left the class! I was so astonished and proud of these empowered beautiful beings. I was wet, cold and shaking with admiration. Ironically the master class was focusing on the splits and was dedicated to Hanuman (Lord of Devotion). I believe everyone engaged the mind over matter button and passed the test of devotion/dedication. For the rest of the festival I saw huge commitment in many disciplines, smiles of kindness everywhere and incredible openess from heart to heart. Joe the organiser says these festivals are all about the clarity and dedication of the participants more than the weather or beautiful Mallorca. I am so happy and grateful to be part of this experience. Stay tuned for the next @mbjjyogafest event in October this year.
