Divine city.
Venice is a Divine city full of art, love, beauty, inspiration and grace with a sense of adventure. The city consists of 118 small islands and 438 bridges, completely embraced by canals and the Adriatic sea. Venice is a magic museum of Venetian Gothic in the open air. Boats and romantic gondolas provide transport. Police, postmen, doctors and pretty much everyone travel by boat. I was immediately hypnotised by the beauty and grace of glorious Venice, so I threw all my plans out of the window, like visiting Verona and so on, and I decided to spend all 5 days with her. Trust me, it’s not enough!!! Venice left me breathless. She pulled me into her magical charm from day one. It took google maps plus 5 Italian civilians and 2 police gentleman to find the romantic place where I was due to stay. There are no straight lines in the city and the name of a street can suddenly change to another name and numbers on a building can jump randomly from 238 to 255. I felt the misguidence with the address was a gentle whisper from this unique city for me to lighten up, slow down and absorb the abundance of beauty all around. It became my plan to surrender to this Divine beauty in every step. Renaisaince times can be seen in the narrow streets where sometimes only one person can pass and which have the amazing ability to bring you nowhere or back to another canal. There are no cars, bikes or any transport on the roads, only humans. Actually, sometimes too many humans, as 28 million people visit Venice every year. There is a reason for that; the city is a pure creation of elegant style and majesty.
Yoga classes start from Monday the 18th of March. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
