The body is reflexion of our Being.

The body is reflexion of our Being. Intuitively I have always known that our body is a reflection of all aspects of our being. These days there is scientific evidence proving this. We are all unique but there are some common areas of tension which most of us carry from time to time or unfortunately full time, like tight shoulders which might reflect various types of anxieties and burdens or reaching out issues, and our knees might be speaking about our direction in life, or our hips might be expressing general difficulties with opening up, difficulties with letting go of the past and uncertainty about moving forward, relationship anxiety and so on. Whenever we feel strong emotions and don’t give ourselves space and time to acknowledge them and channel them, a process is initiated in which these frequencies form a negative blockage in our energetic field and with time they become materialised negativity and ultimately, function is compromised and physical pain develops. To become healthy, wealthy, happy we have to change the way we think. Apparently this is a challenge, as even when we are feeling our best, 75% of our choices are merely habitual subconscious impulses! Yoga revives our consciousness, shifting the energy field which creates our own reality. In a peaceful state of being we can focus clearly on creating anything we choose. We have to remind ourselves once again that ‘circumstances don’t matter, only state of being matters’. So when we feel a negative charge of emotion like fear or anger and so on, let’s not resort to what the mass hypnosis is directing us towards – the shopping, the wine bar or any of the other forms of numbing out. Let’s transmute these negative forces with meditation, yoga, conscious breathing. Today is a great day to master our own body and mind with private and group yoga classes, Scio, Rolfing.
