The wisdom of Yoga

The wisdom of yoga is revealed in the Bhagavad Gita.
This precious book contains several layers of Divine wisdom. This book is only for those whose consciousness is prepared. The story is part of the Mahabharata which was written somewhere between 5 BCE and 2 BCE. What a surprise for us that this age old story still applies to us so many years later. Do we think humanity will transform one day? ! We still seem to be obsessed with the external while we gloss over any inconvenient internal issues. We run after temporal temptations while ignoring the everlasting eternal and then we are surprised when we find ourselves in the middle of some sort of soap opera! The Bhagavad Gita nicely reminds us about the seeds of Divine Love in everyone. Whetever we do, think or speak, we must come from the place of Love. The thing is, it’s not so easy to allow the full intensity of profound deep peace and love. It can sometimes feel like we are there, but actually it’s just a glimpse of the full depth of what’s available to us. Instead of seeing the human being in front of us, we unconsciously see a filtered reality painted by projections from our past. What should we do? Practicing awareness is a good start. Reading prayers, mantras, focussing on the Divine cleans the mind and creates space for Light and wisdom. Stagnating traumas can be liberated through the practice of yoga as we harness the power of breath and movement and resonate with Love and Light. Let us be grateful for our life, for the breath, for the body and the mind. And let us activate the power of our wisdom, following our spiritual guidance. Let’s remember to keep the heart open and caring, spreading kindness and gratitude. Let’s live in the vortex of love, joy and deep peace. May we all be happy and free.
