Angels, our Ancestors, God are all around us.

I am a strong believer in Angels, Divine Love and Light. When I experience this energy around me, I feel profound peace and love. We are always surrounded by some form of Divine presence, but so much of the time we allow the mind to be louder and busier than it is supposed to be and we just drown out this energy. Recently I found a photo of myself in India where I am sitting on a bench in a very tired old skirt, drinking coconut water prepared by the coconut guy. His hands rarely see soap and water, but who cares when his powerful ear to ear smile obviously destroys any potential living virus or bacteria ! I am wearing ancient flip flops, created in India and optimistically expected to not fall apart for 2 months and yet I am apparently in a state of bliss. The state where the ego has been bent, stretched and twisted during 3 hours of yoga. The awareness of the Soul being one with God, watching the illusion of the matrix playing the play in front of our eyes. The mind is empty like a vast serene blue sky and the strong feeling of Oneness grows profoundly in the heart, which expands beyond the physical body, beyond nations, religions, planet earth. The heart loves and embraces everyone and everything as it understands and feels the importance and beauty in all things, whether it’s cow dung or a glorious sunrise. May we always be one with God, Love and Light.
